AFTA Annual Convention

Kick off your 2018 Annual Convention at the Opening Reception! Join us as we head to the McNichols Civic Center Building to experience some of the local Arts and Culture scene! Built in 1909, the McNichols Civic Center Building began as the Carnegie Library, Denver’s center of learning in Civic Center Park. That tradition continues as Denver Arts & Venues re-opened the building in 2012 as a contemporary hub for arts and culture for the people of Denver.

This stunning Greek Revival building with it classic Corinthian columns and iconic colonnade across its front, offers new experiences in a classic space. Our hosts will be creating a diverse event flavoring all things Denver and Colorado. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to reconnect with colleagues from across the country as the city welcomes you to Denver!

Our thanks to VISIT DENVER, Denver Arts & Venues, Bonfils-Stanton Foundation, Colorado Creative Industries, and the Bohemian Foundation for their generous support of the opening reception.
